It’s been quite a year: longevity hype gained momentum, psychedelics saw more funding (and controversy), and Silicon Valley found “social wellness.” Oh, and of course, RFK Jr. entered the chat. It’s been fun documenting the latest shifts within wellness in this Substack and writing for outlets such as SELF, Men’s Health, Air Mail, and The Free Press.
